The organization functions under the leadership of Mr. Binod Basnet who is the Charter President. He oversees the entire operation of the organization and assures that the Board fulfills its responsibilities to the organization. Working in partnership with the Executive Director, he makes sure that the organization is moving in right track to achieve the mission of the organization.
